Hi Guys

Now that I've been out of the sport for a while, I'm beginning to miss being around it. Last year I did some photography at the Lydden Hill BHP Performance Show and MSA British Superkart championships at Snetterton with some success, despite the poor camera I was using.

This year I'd like to get myself a nice camera so that I can possibly get myself a press-pass with MSV. I've been told that SLR cameras are the ones to go for, and am currently looking at a Nikon F55. Would this be a decent camera to use, and what kind of lens (plural I'd imagine) would be the ones to get hold of. Money is obviously an issue so essential ones will be bought first followed by extras.
