I know it seams like he is being an ar5e ,and he may have an alteria motive , but take a step back , there is a very serious side to how an organisation stores data and passes it on the people who may well need it .

Medical data is very sensitive stuff , and you do need to look at how and why it is needed .

Fopr an msa medical the MSA do not get the medical details as such ,they just get a DR to confirm you are fit .

the details are held by the DR about you , so just be a little more sensitive .

you SHOULD care how where and why data is collected in all walks of life ,and you have the right to question it as well.

however sparkie should have emailed them directly with his concerns .
