We appreciate the sensitivity of medical information, medical history is kept confidential at all times. Should you require medical attention our paramedics and only the paramedics will have access to this information.

All we ask for on the medical declaration is:
- Name, address, d.o.b
- Next of kin contact details
- Doctors contact details
- Any current medication
- Any allergies to medications

This information is requested for your own benefit and peice of mind should an incident occur.
I hope this clears up any concerns any drivers may have.
