Hmmm, "can't win sometimes" is usually a phrase that means "I don't want to listen to my customers". Especially when you hear yourself saying it all too often.
If I raced super 1 this year, would I want TV coverage? Yes. Would I be prepared to pay an extra £65 for a year of it? Probably. But I think the issue is that people don't like it to be forced upon them. Certainly the PR surrounding this has been horrendous...talk about negetive! So far all I've really heard is representatives arguing with Competitors in a "You're wrong, I'm right" kind of fashion.
Come on guys, shape up! You're currently doing worse than Tal-ko's PR strategy!
