If you go to Rye House during the week, you can practice all day with no breaks. You will be knackered. Worth spending Ł40ish quid on an hour of someone's time in the shop there to help you.

You just need to check the practice times, and phone the shop in advance.

That way you can get it running in the morning and then go round and round as much as you like!

If you go to any track at a weekend then you will get help, but it will be busy and more difficult for the beginner, and less track time.
