I'm not getting angry about it. As I said in one of my earlier posts, Alan has a difficult job and I sympathise.

The point I was trying make was that had the information (that was obviously available at the time) been disseminated then maybe the customers (people seem to forget that bit !!) wouldn't get as angry as they are.

In terms of a solution, Richydehav has just given one !!

Personally, I don't think J4/ will happen so it will be academic and as I said in my last post I just hope lessons are learnt for next year.
