cheers.
basicly did everything again, but I think these steps may help when bleeding a brake system with fluid already in.
1) fill bleed tool up with fluid
2) hold tool with your adapter already attached to it, and hold over an empty can/container.
3) open valve, this ensure's no air pockets in the adapter/tool. then CLOSE. also, make sure the master cylinder is under no pressure, ie pull out the rear 2 points as far as possible., which are connected to your brake pedal
4) connect the bleed tool to the otk. DO NOT open rear nipples yet.
5) open your reservoir cap, and remove the rubber seal etc.
6) now open your bleed tool's valve.
7) not much will happen, so slowly press on the brake pedal, and then slowly release. you have to do this enough times (SLOWLY) until bubbles stop coming into your reservoir, and instead it starts to overflow with clear brake fluid. this step is to ensure no air in your master cylinder.
8) close the valve, hopefully you closed it in time before it made too much of a mess.
9) with a SYRINGE, suck out the fluid from your reservoir caps till its like appx 1/2 full. (or what you prefer)
10) close up the caps tightly,
11) open valve on tool again, then open correct bleed nipple on caliper (attach a pipe to it so you can see when thebubble stop)
12) close up your nipples when only fluid filling up the pipe. You can blow down into your bleed tool, to help force the brake fluid through. I can confirm its a good idea.
13) close nipple up when happy, then close up your bleed tool's valve last.

REMEMBER, DO NOT pump brakes when your bleeding the actual lines, ie youve unscrewed your bleed nipples.

Please correct me if you think im wrong. Iv'e done it this way today, but i think iv'e got slight uneven pad contact so I need to test the kart on track to make sure its ok. but apart from me having to bed it all in, it's a LOT better i think already.
