Rich, so let’s get this right - if I understand you idea correctly; you want two cadets to take to the track and then attempt to turn each other over at speed - have you lost your mind?

The evidence is there the MSA say they have examined it and don't see a problem; others disagree and if God forbid if it ever gets to court the MSA will lose.
