Thanks for all the replys.

Like andy said, Since i had my hospital opp on my throat i have lost around 8lbs. My seat is a brand new tillet 11 flex so i really cant afford to change it at the moment. It was a little loose but due to it being my first time out i didnt think it would matter! How wrong could i be!!

I will be getting my rib protecter soon and i think i will put the weight back on as it has been my av weight for many years now. I like the idea of those "wings" protecters. Might have to get some of those.

I wont be back in the kart for a little while now but if i do get back in it before i regain my original weight could i use more clothing to help padding?
