I suggest you write to the MSA- rather than call. There are several cadets that have stopped racing this year as they are not competitive due to weight and have bought into Minimax to race in 2011, but with the new ruling they cannot race for another year as the will miss the increased age limit. There is no way these parents will fork out for one year in a different class.
