Dartford Kartings Customer Service

As a Christmas present I was given a Duchini Helmet which was purchased from Dartford Karting. The last time I raced one of the bolts holding the visor sheared. I telephoned Dartford Karting and explained what had happened, I was asked “do you want to send the helmet back to us or should we arrange to have it collected?”. I asked to have it collected which a courier did the next day, four days later the helmet was returned to me with the broken part replaced, in fact both bolts were replaced.
That is real customer service – no messing about – just there's a problem lets fix it!
