Can I ask why you want 6mm bead retainers.

Is it because you have stripped the threads.

If so, then it is easy to Helicoil them if you put the inserts in with permanent Loctite.

Use 1D inserts and they fit perfectly.

Just observe if the old retainer is at a slight angle to ensure the 'O' ring sits square to the surface and drill accordingly.

Using 6mm bead retainers on a kart rim may result in the thread catching the tyre bead as they run pretty tight to the bead at 5mm.

Of course, if this isn't kart related, ignore me :)
