Contact Daytona. They have Honda GX35 powered bambinos and the kids can attend classes at either Sandown or MK from 5 years old.

I take my son to Rye cadet club. He's 5. We bought a kart and racewear. If you want him to try karting at Rye, they have a small circuit with hire karts for kids as young as 4, as long as they are over 42 inches tall. The karts are a bit odd looking (high ground clearance, rollover hoops) but good enough to try out. Restricted GX120s on those karts I think. Rye insist that new drivers use the small track first, preferably in their own kart, to demonstrate that they can listen and keep control of the kart as the cadet club is run on the full main circuit.
