The Honda engine is a 4 Stroke, the Comer and WTP are 2 Strokes. It makes less power of the Comer because it has half the number of power strokes and has more parts to move up and down and round and round. Thus the engine is heavier and so the minimum weight needs to be greater. But because it is already less powerful it is even more disadvantaged when competing against the so called 'premium' class.
