muscle does not weigh more than fat , i am afraid thats a myth , and PT or Dr will tell you that .

however muscle is denser than fat so you can weigh the same without having the bulk .

hopefully that dispells the though that 5lbs of fat weighs more than 5lbs of mustle ;)
