Ian....the process would have to commence with a proposal from a member or group of members to the committee.....then the proposal would have to be discussed and sanction by the MBKC committee and then put forward as a probationary class for 2011 at the AGM held in November…...and then voted and passed by members present at the AGM....And hey presto Cadet Libre at MBKC

Don't you just love democracy....!!
