Just seen the SRs for 2010 for 3 Sisters and they include the following:-

19. Animals at the circuit must be kept on a leash and within the confines of your pit space while practice or racing is taking
place. Animals are NOT permitted in the Parc Ferme or on the Circuit at ANY time
