My son has a Stratos Cadet chassis, old (10 years?)but in good condition. He has had a few practice sessions and now would like to move on and see if he likes racing. I've got my head around getting him to a stage where he has all the right kit and apply for his licence, but I'm not too sure his current chassis is eligable. Like I said it is in 1st class condition but that makes little difference if it is too old. The only real difference I can see between it and a new chassis is that it does not have parallel side pod supprt bars. Any advice would be great.
