Our bumpers don't continually break, must be your welding Dave.

Try reading the rules, Blue book 2010, section U 17.13.4 Have its upper tube and extention loops made of a single piece of tubing. The diagram is quite specific and shows a continuous piece of tube. That's EXACTLY where it says it I believe. Baaaaaa!

Even you have to admit that a broken bumper presenting up to 30" of tube has got to be dangerous.
