This is just more CIK (read EU) nonsense which we read about in the papers every day.
The answer to keeping costs down is not to create regulation or regulating bodies in the first place.

ALAN - you can't retire until you are 75 now - new government rules!! Be seeing you at Rye for the next few years then.......(smiley)
