Decent Food at the Track

I know someone who is considering opening food/drink stalls at kart tracks. They feel that the days of rotten Burgers and poorly made drinks are over, we have all seen a change on the high street so why not at the tracks?. It seems the idea is to serve real quality Coffee – Hot Chocolate (made with milk and not water) – Tea (made correctly not just a plastic cup of hot water and a tea bag dangled in) also quality cakes (homemade) – and a range of quality food including vegetarian.

Sounds good to me as all I ever trust from the van at the track is chips - and they are often under done!

What do you think? Will it work?
