Hard one to answer. Arrive and drive are normaly 4/.
owner driver - old kart non msa compliant or engine class obsolete probably much cheaper in terms of hours in seat.
racing - msa depends on how serious you are... it will completely drain your account or bankrupt you!
To give you a clue renew license Ł45 club membership x2 Ł100 new tyres rotax regs for this year Ł500 new air filter Ł75 not even turned a wheel yet...
