My son and I were at Hooton today, the temperature dropped at 12.00 to about 1deg which to an extent wasn't a problem as he had his thermals, all in one fleece suit, rib tec and race suit.

The problem mainly is the hands and feet, when it got to around 15.30 half way through a session he came in tears his hands were that cold. Through the day when he came in I was taking his gloves off and placing them on the exhaust for a minuet then putting them back on again probably doing more harm than good.

Any of you guy's got any tip's on keeping warm at this time of year?
