ive tried different axles on my kart in testing earlier this year and made a big difference....the hard axle just wouldnt release the grip and made the kart feel too tight and skittish, went onto a soft half an hour later with no other setup changes and it was a completely different kart and a good few tenths quicker!....like good old itpro always says, dont talk about it, test it....i definately noticed a difference, just like loosening pods....
