You really don't get it do you.....first you say:

"You'll always get varying opinions and yes, people are entitled to hear them all."

But then you say:
"nobody should be posting categorically that these have little or no effect."

You still seem to think that views that you think are nonsense should not be voiced! In fact you've now gone further by saying that those that think things like axle hardness, seat stays etc have little effect should be as silent as those who think they have no effect!

But if what works for you is different to what works for Mr Garner, you must keep it to yourself!

Pitlane bull has been around for as long as the sport, and it is by no means exclusive to motorsport. Just because something measurably improves your performance doesn't prove that it isn't working on anything other than a placebo level:
