Ideally, go to a PROPER firm (e.g. GPR?) who have someone who actually knows about helmet fitting.
A previous questioner suggested buying one with 'growing room'! That could be LETHAL.... To work correctly, it M*U*S*T fit PROPERLY.
If you want to save money.... you could always go to a helmet shop.... find the helmet which fits.... take the details and buy on line.... However, you may find that there are differnces between even 'identical' helmets.... so.... if you find one that fits PERFECTLY in the shop... is it worth saving (let's guess) £30 by buying 'on line'? Only you can decide if that saving is worth the risk.
