Thanks for all your help really appreciated it. Well sorted the chain and sprocket side of things, but I now have another small issue...well I hope it is. The engine I fitted is a series 5 TKM Extreme D/D engine it all fired up nicely and after a little fine tuning using settings from one of the many informative threads it ticked over. I now things may be different on the track and its not recommended to rev the engine when not loaded i.e. not on the ground, so I took to a friends private drive to give it a little blast. Like I said it ticks over fine when on a stand, but when we bump it it would fire and run but then die. Could the carb need a service? It has been sitting for a few month.
