whats all this tippy tappy stuff? get a big hammer and a drift and give em some welly, the bearing will damage before you stub........ if you get good you can knock em out with one foul swoop.
no to tippy tappy on your finest sockets either, simply put back in said vice so the jaws clamp the bearing and push it in its new home.
