If you've tried lots of different set-ups to no avail, then it might be down to the driver; specifically the point at which he gets back on full throttle (earlier the better), or perhaps his line through the corners (turning in too early and then having to turn more to get around the apex could induce oversteer). I really don't see a stiffer seat helping. how experienced is the driver?
