I'm no expert, hence why I've just been reading up on this subject myself. I found this useful guide http://www.karting1.co.uk/Arrow-Kart-set-up-guide.htm
Essentially, you need to increase rear grip and these are the options the guide suggests -
1) reduce rear track
2) longer rear hubs to reduce length of 'working' axle
3) reduce ackerman by moving tie rod mountings out on stub axles
4) fit seat stays
5) tighten rear torsion bar. If it's a flattened bar, run the flat edge vertical to the track
6) ensure seat is positioned as per chassis manufacturer spec
