No member has the power to enforce the rules except by asking the owners to do so. They might like the site as it is, or they might presume it is okay because they don't get any complaints.

The rules have been pointed out before and have changed nothing. Posts on the forum will not change anything, because the people who disagree with you can simply ignore it.

As for all forums being the same. Karting 1 appears to be better moderated, friendlier, more boring, depending on your point of view.
