i ordered a set of evo side pods and bars from a well known kart shop, they sent me 2 left hand bars and the pods were rejects full of scratches/marks like a manufacturing fault, i sent them back for a replacement, after about a week i had to contact them to ask about the replacements, i was told they were out of stock and could not say when they will have new stock, so i asked for i refund, after about 1 week i got a refund less 15% handling charge. over the past 2/3 years i have spent hundreds with them and this is how they treat a loyal customer, i will not name and shame but hope they read this and realize how greedy they are, if this happened to you what would you do
