If you return goods because they are incorrectly ordered by you, the seller is entitled to charge for postage, etc.
If you return them because they are not serviceable, or incorrectly dispatched, the seller is liable for the postage, etc. and you are entitled to a full refund.
I suggest you contact them, ask for a refund of your money, and if they don't, make sure we all get to know who it is (I have my suspicions).
