id ask them why the 15% charge when it wasnt your fault

id point out the law and that they should refund the 15% and your costs to send back

id let them know i felt let down and probably wont ever use them again in future, and that if they dont refund the 15% at minimum that i would be contacting the CAB and letting the karting community (this site for a start) know of what has happened.
