I am gussing that the MSA think that Officials are not penalising drivers at all (in some cases) as they think that points are too harsh. If they then remove the points penalty then Officials are more likely to have someone in and deal with it in the office? At the race meeting we were at yesterday it was mentioned and they did say though that when a driver gets seen then lists get sent to MSA head office and they can see if there are any repeat offenders??
