The simple solution is to do what they do in some european events....dovetail the qualifying positions...so fastest in quali 1 is pole, fastest in quali 2 is 2nd, and so on, it does not matter if one session is wet and one dry...its a lot fairer system.....the s1 will not do it as there rules are already written
