I would always use Ogden as every engine i've had done by them has been quick and reliable.
If I was in a competition with drivers from Strawberry I would think twice about letting them near my engine, or any engine builder who had a vested interest in me not going the fastest I probably could.
Not anything against any engine builder, and i'm sure they would probably do their utmost to get you a good engine setup, but there's definately a conflict of interest, wether real or perceived.
