I feel like I'm on RocketMan46's side. I don't know about the coking issue (i avoiding knowing about things like that) but I do think it puts the teams at a significant advantage, unless the tuner chooses to support his drivers as if they were in a team (and thats usually only for already proven good drivers). Teams with tuners have the advantage of probably having 5 engines per driver, a dyno at home and seals to hand. Coking up a dyno would be way more cost effective.
And to whoever said they can run on any tuner, some teams will very strongly stop drivers running on any tuner other their own or affiliated (Brand being a prime example).
