Errr.... no it won't. What it will do is let you measure the CASTER angle. Castor is a type of oil..... If you are using google to find the right gauge, the spelling will matter: I am NOT just being pedantic!

There are gauges you can buy, but.... why the hell would you want to know the exact angle when all you can do, in most cases, is set it at 1 of 3 ranges: Full, Medium and Low?

Some of the laser gauges should be able to give you a guide, too. Fit system, move the steering and mark where the dot where it 'hits' the wall'. The fit it to the other side, repeat and compare the markings on the two walls. It's crude but it may show if something is bent.... and that's the bast you can really hope for.
