Having just spoken to Karting North East, they have confirmed no competitors will be allowed to put up their awnings at this weekend's race at Warden Law on Saturday OR Sunday, no access will be available to the bottom paddock on Saturday and only cars will be allowed to park in the area near the shop, no karts will be allowed in this area (i.e. next to the kart lockers).

As the forecast is for rain, this seems a bizarre decision?

No explanation's have been given and it appears staff have been told not to discuss the matter further. Additionally they can't even confirm this is a one off or if this will continue for all future meetings.
