We ran a family team rather than big team for S1 in hondas an given that are budget was shoestring size we did ok 10th in 09. We have had advice and help from teams and other experienced people in the paddock and on here and really enjoy it. We are running shennington this year (still on a minimal budget) with big grids as S1 and star driver had been there are we are mid pack -result!
We struggle with jets sometimes, and tyre pressures, but given that we have a rotax engine that has had only had a minor tweek and a second hand chassis (bought from the market place, which is now soggy 2008) and havent had great luck. Success: I think so, improving driver: yes, fun definately.
