Most of what you said is just the usual complaint about taking the specific from the general. That's old hat, David. No one suggested the 'universal conversion'...... 'because most... then all!'

The second point is even sillier. No one ever LOOKS at my Subaru. It's the boring silver, boring small wheels, small spoiler etc,. Most people assume it's a cheap Jap minicab.... The idea that it's a 'fashion statment' when they went OUT of fashion before I bought one is pretty damned amusing!
