Hold on.....
Usually, slip is caused by oil/grease getting between the hub and the axle. Clean and emery cloth both surfaces. Ideally, wash them in petrol (used safely, of course) BEFORE you add 2 stroke oil. If not, wash them in carb cleaner, brake cleaner or EasyStart.
There are proper axle collars: the jubillee clip is a 'bodge'.
Finally, change the hub if it still slips!
If this becomes regular problem, replace the clamp bolts with GOOD high tensile Allen cap-head bolts FREQUENTLY. There's not many things more annoying than a failed cap head that can't be removed because you have 'rounded--off' the six Allen 'faces/corners'.
