You'll find that if the carbs haven't been ultrasonically cleaned before, then the fluid will be quite dirty.

Leaving pieces in too long will re attract dirt so change the fluid if it is dirty.

As you get the carbs clean, the fluid will stall cleaner and last longer.

You can the reduce the concentration rate.
