I'm 15 and I can take off and fit mojo's on my own.

What you need to so is to heat the tyre slightly, (leave it out in the sun), then just put it at a 45 degree angle and ATTACK it, don't be gentle, but all your weight on one hand onto the tyre pushing it down and pull the rim up. once it is past half way then lever it on.

You won't break the tyre or rim, just attack it.
