Or even better, take a hard stance against the drivers by cancelling a race each time there's a major load-up at the start.

i.e. if 6 or more karts get pushed off during the first lap; stick out the red flag, bring all the drivers back into parc ferme, declare the race null and void and give them a right b*llocking!

If there are trophies/prizes for the class, don't give them out! Just tell them that the driving standards were so bad none of you deserve an award.

I could go on but you get the point, they'll soon learn to drive properly!
