i see your point traxstar but you have to also see it from the other way around

to me the REAL issue is that young drivers arent punished by their parents for bad driving....essentially theyre being allowed to get away with beating another kid up...if my kid was out there and driving like an idiot id be giving him a slap!.....the REAL issue is that kids are allowed to misbehave by their parents!...dont blame the marshals for not writing a report, their job is to wave flags, NOT write reports......if you want report writing etc the circuit needs to get DSOs or something. looking at it from a marshalling point of view, their sole reson in life is to warn drivers of karts that have spun, so their eye line is naturally on the exit of the corner, where most karts spin, NOT on the entrance where your kid may be loaded up...

...to me yes alot of marshals dont have experience.....but then 90 percent of drivers and parents dont have marshalling experience.....so personally i think drivers and parents see things in an obscure or jaded way

ive said on here many times before ive been marshaling AND racing for years, so i have both, are marshals perfect all the time? NO....BUT you cant expect 1 man on a corner to wave a flag, look at both the exit and entrance of the corner and all 30 karts at the same time...its physically impossible...

...maybe parents/drivers should give up some of their free time to try a days marshalling to see how difficult it can be

...on the other hand....get the REAL issue sorted out....get your little darlings under control and then there would be no need to have an incident report in the first place....

...i go back to my original post.....its not the marshals driving the karts and causing the incidents, its your little darlings that are out of control.....whos fault is that? their and yours......get it sorted and accept disciplin starts in the awning instead of blaming easy targets who give up their weekends for free to try and keep your kids safe
