You have a good point there Aquila. How often on this forum have people posted that they have been standing near a Mum/Dad who has been shouting at the driver `take him out, don't just stay behind' and then cheered when they do bin the other driver?
A couple of years ago I was talking to a cadet Dad who had taken his lad out of a team. the reason he gave was that after his lad had come back from a track walk with the driver coach he asked him what he had learned. Lad told him that there were two places on the track where he could bin a driver and not be spotted by the marshals.
Little wonder that some drivers have the wrong attitude.
