Sorry should have been more clear, i have had the chain off and the axle is fine, hence what i meant when i say all built up, the crank appears to be free enough, the problem (if it is) is the clutch drum seams very tight to spin compared to what i remember they use to be, it is the newer type clutch drum from what i was use to
