I was at an Historic kart meeting last weekend and overheard an interesting comment made by a spectating current MSA Cadet driver. Whilst mooching around the paddock looking at what we used to race in the 60's 70's and 80's I was having a look at a pristine Barloti Komet K88 when this cadet driver asked the owner, "Where's the bodywork?" The amused owner then replied "We don't use bodywork because that's how race karts used to be" The young lads reply put the problem we now face with poor driving standards into perspective. With a puzzled face he said "Well how do you hit other drivers off when they are in your way?". Enough said I think!!!!
